We want you to be completely satisfied with every Stella Ivy purchase that you make. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to accept the return of new merchandise for up to 14 days for a store credit. For ship-outs, the timeframe begins when your mail is delivered. For pick-ups, the timeframe begins when the purchase is made.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to returns that were shipped out, and it will be taken out of the store-credit. This restocking fee will pay for a portion of the original shipping fees incurred. The buyer is responsible for the additional shipping fees incurred when returning an item. When making a return, we recommend using first class USPS mail with tracking when possible. This is the lowest rate available for items under 16 ounces. For items over 16 ounces, we recommend priority mail shipping or UPS.

If you live near our storefront, feel free to stop by our retail store to process a return. A 10% restocking fee will still apply if we shipped the original order to you.
Merchandise purchased on the APP will be returned as a credit to your CommentSold account. Merchandise purchased on the site will be returned to you via a gift-card that can be used online or in-store. CommentSold credits can NOT be used in store due to it being two different platforms. Store credits do not expire.
