We know you are going to LOVE your order from us, but if for some reason you don't, we do accept returns under the following conditions.

We are not responsible for LOST packages within the USPS system or UPS system. Any package marked delivered, is also not our responsibility. We will be happy to help you sort it out with them, but cannot be held liable.

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the date the order is received. This does not mean business days only. All returns will be issued a store-credit that can be used online. The store credit amount issued will be what you paid, minus the original shipping fee (typically between $4-$6).
  • Please note: All items bought on discounts over 20% are non-refundable and FINAL SALE!  PLEASE check your items if they were discounts, you should see the discount on your invoice. If you are unsure, email us and we will be happy to help!
    These items CANNOT be returned for store credit or be exchanged! 
  • Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Seamless wear, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards, Leggings and Gift Certificates Can NOT be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box UNWORN (any damage to the shoes will not be accepted), without damage to the box and mailed back over-boxed. .i.e., NO shipping labels, other marking on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted.
  • All merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free condition with the original tags attached - also, NO makeup or deodorant stains).

All returns not in compliance with the above conditions WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. If return shipping fee is neglected by customer, we will hold products for 30 days and then donate it to a local charity of choice.

We do not facilitate exchanges due to how quickly our inventory moves.

2. Please return your item(s) via your carrier of choice.  We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
